Return Policy

our purchase has been made at the moment you have received your items! After receipt of the goods you have the right to annull during 3 days if you are in any way not satisfied with one of the products. You may exchange this item for another color or size. In case you are not satisfied with one of the items you may also return it and are eligible for a refund.

Your money will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned goods. In order to receive a full refund the item must be returned unused and undamaged.

Shipment fees for items returned to connorsbelt.webnode.com will be paid by the customer. connorsbeltco will pay the shipping fees for your exchange item(s) to be shipped to you.

In the rare instance where we may have sent something in error, we will gladly pay for return shipping.

Any REFUSED or UNCLAIMED (from FEDEX) orders/shipments that are returned to England will be assessed a £35.00 charge deducted from the order total before a refund will be processed. Likewise, if customers fail to provide the correct name, full address, telephone number and e-mail of the order, and the package is returned by FEDEX, the customer will be responsible for the £35.00 return charge to be deducted from any refund due the customer.
